Meet the Smile Expert Behind Tiny Roots!
Dr. Tamerah Marable
I’m Dr. Tamerah Marable, but you can call me Dr. Tam. I’m a proud pediatric dentist with a heart for creating great dental experiences for kids — and making sure they leave with a smile on their face! I grew up in Valdosta, Georgia, where dentistry runs in my blood. In fact, I’m the 10th dentist in my family (yes, you read that right!). My dad, who’s also a dentist, is my hero and the reason I fell in love with dentistry. I’ve always admired how he’s able to help people, and now, I’m doing the same — but with a focus on making kids feel safe and excited about their dental visits.
To me, every child’s first experience with a dentist is so important — it sets the tone for their future oral health habits. That’s why I’ve worked hard to create Tiny Roots Pediatric Studio, a practice that’s rooted in family, care, and a genuine commitment to making every visit fun and comfortable for my little patients.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me cheering on my favorite sports teams, traveling, dancing, or spending time with my family and friends.

Worked at Children’s of Alabama Hospital and the Civitan-Sparks Autism Clinic.
Mission trip to Jamaica to serve kids in underserved communities
